Barbarian Type BA/WP
Ok, with WP your gonna want to build for s/l def, at least 25+ imo. the more def u have, the less your getting hit and therefore the less your having to regen, which btw your regen is low. even with the tissue proc and health, its still a lil low. 6 slotting numina for the ranged bonus is pointless. so many errors in there to mention, you said u were building for Resistance and yet your s/l resist is low. it should be around 52-53. Why not add 1 more to buildup for the 5% rech bonus? HPT is slotted all wrong, and going for the psi def is not efficient. your max hp is also about 100+ short since you say your slotting for max hp
i like the energy mastery for this build but its way over slotted. SoW isnt slotted at all and needs to be. id put another kb proc in SS. and do u really need 2 travel powers?
also your rech seems really low, put a LOTG in CJ and taking weave/heightend senses gives u chances to slot more LOTG. Also id add the kismet 6% acc proc somewhere in there.
I don't understand why you'd skip Heightened Senses. Surely your barbarian can occasionally duck or roll away from an attack?

Just a first idea about this toon.

I skip the whole +DEF (no wave, no hightened senses ) because i prefer invest in +RES and +HP and +REGEN.
I've a fairy quick rech bonus and a massive ( maybe too much ) endurance bonus + recovery
Any suggestion to optimize this build ?
