/bug it so the dev team can fix it generally.
/petition it so the GMs can fix your specific pact for you and your wife.
Bug Reports are filed for review by QA, not put in the action queue for GMs. GMs can easily fix your pact for you and your wife, but you need to file the right kind of report so they will.
