Unique boss w/unique mini boss, help me
Certain maps have the "back" be nothing more than a really tiny room. You can then set both unique bosses to spawn there, and fiddle about with the dialogue so it looks like they are having a conversation.
It is not an ideal solution, but I hope that helps.

What I wouldn't give for static mob/object placement.
You might try putting the Marge guarding an object that isn't a required objective. Put the Boss + object guarded by miniboss all set to back on a good map.
Maps are very important. With some you can even get reliable spawns on objects. Set up your mission objectives then run through the maps.
That's the trick I have used in two arcs now. Some of the smaller warehouse and lab maps lend themselves well to this, having a small final room with two boss spawns very close together. In one arc I have two rival heroines arguing over who gets to bring you in, the other arc has the two bosses as a pair of twins who fight like a duo and are designed to back each other up.
I want to create a unique boss with a unique mini boss, for example Homer and Marge Simpson. It works the way I am doing it only if solo and players set to + 0.
What if anything can I do?
Rule 1: Marge must spawn with or very near Homer (conversation range).
Rule 2: There can be only 1
Rule 3: There must be a Marge, There must be a Homer.
Rule 4: Lets say Bart is the final boss here, so I need middle spawn solutions if possible.
I don't care if marge and homer spawn with others, but adding them to the equation has always resulted in either Homer + Multiple Marge, or Homer + multiple other, no Marge.
I have tried making Homer an ally that betrays but the same problem occurs, when set to single he appears alone, when set to easy you get multiple Marge with players +1.
