Hit Points, Endurance, Influence window

I'm sure this has been asked a few time before, I just couldn't find it.
Can someone tell me how to get hovering window which displays your current hit points, endurance and so forth?

open up the combat attributes window and right click on whatever you want to display

to get the combat attributes window just type /toggle combatnumbers
or go the powers tab and click combat attributes

click the powers tab, above your primary powers is a "combat attributes" button. open it. there you can find the info, you can display like 10 attributes at a time or so, not sure on the number, just right click it and hit monitor such and such.
