Leveling pact broke on reactivation weekend.

Not 100% certain where to post this so apologies if I'm wrong. I had to let my fiancee's and my account lapse earlier this month but was pleased to be able to log in for free account reactivation weekend. My fiancee and I have toons in a level pact with each other. When I logged into mine, there was a popup stating the leveling pact was broken.

Now my world isn't shattered by this, but I hadn't seen any indication this was a possibility, so I'm reporting it.

Unfortunately, that is working as intended.

It's also why I haven't let our accounts lapse since pacts were introduced.
