Should be 'Granite Trap' or 'Healer Trap' as the unable to jump tanker and the autofollow/autohealing crowd are the only two that should have trouble with chest high walls.

I do that a lot, but it's typically on a building ledge since I'll hit autorun while flying and go get a drink or something.
Autorun has long been changed in my binds. "R" is for target nearest.
