I just finished leveling/IOing my earth/sonic and the results are fantastic. When I started the toon I set out to build a controller that was extremely sturdy and can be played very aggressively for speed TF runs and the build accomplishes just that.

Build highlights:

Softcapped range def
Capped s/l resist
Moderate ~50% recharge bonus

Here's the build

Thanks Nemu, looks fun.

/gignore @username is the best feature of this game. It's also probably the least used feature.

That's a pretty interesting build. Nice work. How much did you spend approximately?

That actually looks fairly inexpensive. One purple set, but it's not one of the more popular ones. Three LoTG, Miracle, Numina's uniques, but those are fairly easily attainable with Hero Merits. A couple of the Cloud Senses might be pricey too, haven't checked in a while. Dunno about the Hami-Os (I have never slotted one).

Neat build.

Suggestions:
Super Packs Done Right
Influence Sink: IO Level Mod/Recrafting
Random Merit Rolls: Scale cost by Toon Level

The Ribos will be expensive if you don't have some stored away, but the centrioles are like a dime a dozen.

Do you know what you're doing for i19?

I might suggest Assault, Maneuvers and Veng. That's 2 more LOTG +Rch IOs and a +Dmg buff that works nicely with your -Res.

A lot of people poo-poo Sonic Resonance. I don't poo-poo it, though I think it needs some rework, but it does offer some interesting possibilities with IOs, mainly the ability to become a mini-Tank with mez protection (except those darn sleeps), defense (from sets) and solid resists (can't get more solid than hard-capping s/l).

I'd gladly want to see that earth/sonic on a speed I was on.

I probably won't invest in anymore toggles. Boosting recharge will be a priority, so hasten or lotg placeholders are on the list. Also, low maintenance slot efficient powers like quicksand or sonic cage are worth consideration as well.
