Loving both 300 and Watchmen I'm ok with Zach having a stab at the Superman franchise.
I'll be brutally honest though and say that I am far more comfortable knowing that it is Chris Nolan who ok'd him as director and will be godfathering the project.
Seems to me we get the best of Snyders imaginative work tempered by the masterful slant of Nolans approach. Colour me interested.

Looks like most of the points brought up here. Hopefully someone at DC Entertainment and WB is watching and taking some notes on this.
