Yet another request to look at a build
You've got the right idea, but your lack of end reduction in a few toggles concerns me.
Tough (which you REALLY should be running, Invuln Tanks can hard cap S/L resistance at 90%, and you aren't even close here) has no end reduction. Neither does Invincibility or Weave.
Between those toggles not having any end reduction and teh lack of any end reduction to speak of in your attacks, you will probably be sucking wind fairly soon into a fight.
As far as end recovery goes. Well, again, you have the right idea by getting a Miracle +Recovery....but you put it in the WORST spot you could have put it in this build. By putting it in Dull Pain, you are ensuring that you only get the benefit of the +Recovery every 3 minutes or so. Your end is going to bottom out before it recharges to use again.
I'd put that in Health instead.

KCs are expensive and wouldn't fit my definition of "cheap," and you butchered the slotting on your biggest hitter, the slotting on dull pain isn't too hot either. Here's a much cheaper and better slotted level 50 build. You'll be softcapped to all but psi with one enemy in invincibility range. The LoTG 7.5s and miracles are probably the most expensive pieces of this build, but I think overall it's much cheaper than getting 4 sets of KCs.

I knew it wasn't a good build as most of it had been thrown together with little though. Nice build, Nemu, I may feel the need to steal it!
The KC's get classed as cheap as I already have them from a long time ago when they didn't cost that much and have been in storage ever since. (I am a bit of a hoarder)
the +recharge IO is also classed as cheap as they are very easy to get using merits now (or a least at the moment)

A couple of points that jump at me.
First, the Kin Combat is pretty weak on accuracy... I'd fairly strongly suggest adding a few slots to it. My favorite would be the Pounding Slugfest Acc/Dam and Dam/End.
Second, for the Reactive Armor you want the Resist, Resist/End, Resist/Recharge and Resist/End/Recharge IO's. Replace that End/Recharge with the straight Resist.
Third, Dull Pain is rather poorly slotted as was mentioned earlier. I'd suggest 5 Doctored Wounds.
I'd loose the slots from Boxing... if you slot Reactive Armor in TI, Unyielding, Tough, RPD and Res Energies you're at the rule of 5 cap for the E/N bonus anyway.
I wouldn't use up three slots on Health... at most two for the Miracle and Numina uniques.
Invincibility could use some work... your best slotting is 3 Cytoskeleton HO's... obviously this only works from 47+. You are going to want some endred; if you're using the LOTG recharge you may as well stick a couple more LOTG there and get some endred and bonuses.
Tough really needs slots; I'd use it for another set of Reactive Armor. I personally toss the Steadfast into TI as a 5th slot after a set of Reactive... using the straight endred Reactive in place of the Res/Recharge.
For Weave I'd suggest the same as Invincibility. I like to slot 4 Gift of the Ancients into all defense toggles for recovery and bonus endurance.
Resist Elements is, in my opinion, highly skippable.
I do not suggest your slotting for Concentrated Strike... it's your big hitter so slot it that way.
I hope I've given you some ideas to ponder in your build... I'm fairly unfamiliar with Kin Melee so I won't really go into choices there.

I have finally gotten round to rolling a tanker and was wondering if some clever soul could have a look at my build and tell me where I am going wrong (or perhaps I have just happened to throw together an amazing build by accident)
My rough aim was to be as survivable as I could as cheaply as I could. Damage output I don't expect to be anything exciting but I am hoping to use this character on teams rather than soloing.
