Yeah, for /SR it's really a non issue.
With Quickness and Swift and SS you'll be good to go.

Sounds like you need to download Mids Hero Designer (google it). It's free and you can play around with slotting. You can see the numbers to insure you are getting the performance you desire and not over doing it.
Hi, all! So, I've got a MA/SR scrapper with Super-Speed. He's essentially my "Flash." I'm looking to make him as fast as humanly (inhumanly?) possible, but my forum-searches haven't turned up the info I'm looking for. What I'd like to know is: assuming he'll also have both "Swift" and "Quickness," how should I go about slotting these powers for maximum possible speed and avoid unnecessarily slotting them beyond the speed cap?
