I agree with psyrene about the reroll choices. Trying to lvl up a brute isn't worth it bc tanks have a higher base hp, and since tanks can go red side, the power choices (webnades) are avail for tanks. The only advantage a brute ever had b4 was that it could get webnades, now that tanks get webnades there's no point in rolling a brute for pvp.
And if i wanted to try out a ranged, would a Earth/Fire Dom be ok. I dont really like the idea of starting a Hero and then turn him into a Villain, i would like to stick with Villain AT altogether. And also, what about stalkers? Would a Scrapper be better to solo?

So, regarding the scrapper, which would be a nice primary for Pvp, or better put, which wouldn´t be a nice primary?

KK, so its going to be Kat/Reg scrapper as a praetorian. Any advice on build? Also, would it be better to maybe start off with a farmer and then concentrate on pvp? I undestand from what i read on the forums that a SS/FA Brute is the best for it.

Kat/Regen is pretty popular and it's one of the better builds for fightclub but if you are going in to zones/duels your only ranged attacks are going to be from your APP or PPP (taking weapons mastery is a good choice because you'll also get webnade) otherwise I'd recommend Kinetic Melee. Having some ranged attacks is good.
As far as builds go, search this forum for some kat/regen builds, I know there are at least a few in here somewhere.
Before anyone flames out, this is not a thread asking which is the best ubber incredible owning AT, this is a thread which is meant to clear my mind into which AT offers the most enjoyability playing solo, pvp oriented. My actual toon is a lvl 20 SS/inv Brute, is this char viable in pvp? Im quite new to the game and quite fond of the brute, should i just roll over a new char? I would prefer it to be a melee char.
