Dual Pistol Attack chain
Can't say without testing, and my DP/em already has 3 entropic chaos sets, so that throws my recharge out of whack from the base line. If you threw in hasten though I'd call it doable regardless. Let you know if I get some playtime tomorrow.
Though on a side note it seems when I'm running that exec shot and piercing rounds (if you throw it in) animated a lot faster if you chain it off pistols instead of the crouch from dual wield, might want to take that into account too?
I play a DP/NRG blaster, and I too prefer to stay at range. Surprisingly, at least while solo, I have found that using the standard ammo works wonders since a few of the powers add -DEF while using it. If you're opening against a mob, I find
Pistols->Empty Clips->Executioner's Shot
will kill the first enemy target, and you've lowered the DEF of the rest of the mob (or at least most of it). To continue killing, I recommend adding on to that chain with
Pistols->Dual Wield->whatever you want (a Bullet Rain here will probably get things down to where Pistols or Dual Wield will kill any enemy)
If you are dealing strictly with Single target attacks (and the earlier ones, since I don't see Piercing Rounds up there for you), I suggest
Pistols->Dual Wield->Executioner's Shot->Pistols (then probably Dual Wield)
Those 4 attacks, especially when slotted, will take out minions quickly, along with most LTs.

On my DP/MM I currently use Pistols (2.92s) -> Dual Wiled (4.38s) -> Pistols (2.92s) -> Dual Wield (4.38s) -> Executioner's Shot (7.3s) as my ST attack chain. (Recharge in Perenthesis)
Each power has 37% Rech enhancement and the build has 65% Global Recharge.
Active 50s:
Zero Defex: DP/MM//Mace Blaster
Mutant X-7: Fire/MM//Mace Blaster

Sure, the devs are supposed to listen to their customers, mister business 101 out there. And if I decide to start suggesting that the devs change the game from being about superheroes and supervillains to being about clowns that is my right as well, and technically Paragon Studios is supposed to pay attention to me. But I hope strongly that they assume a meth-head somehow managed to hack into my forum account and make paper airplanes out of my posts, because I hope they recognize stupid when they see it. I assume they will recognize futile just as accurately.

Assuming you're packing a lot of recharge (250%), your best bet is going to be Incendiary Ammo with ES>DW>Pistols. If you're going with Standard Ammo (250%), PR>ES>Pistols>DW is going to be a close second. With less recharge (~135%), you're going to want to go with Incendiary Ammo ES>Pistols>DS>Pistols. The other attack strings at lower recharges get significantly more complex but that's to be expected.

My search fu is weak tonight, and i can't seem to find anything that mentions mid to high recharge attack chains for Dual pistols. I was thinking something like this would work out, but i needed some profession advice on the subject.
Pistols -> Dual Wield -> Executioner's Shot -> Dual Wield (repeat)
I figure due to the long animation of executioner's shot i can get dual wield down to recharge in that time frame, and continue blasting.
Its a DP/dev build, and i'm expecting to stay at range as much as possible, would it be possible to run that chain effectively?
