Two badge name corrections

When I18/GR went live a few weeks ago there were two badges which had the same names as two other preexisting badges. When this happens (amazingly it's happened about 10 other times over the history of the game so far) it makes it difficult for automated badge verifiers to tell the difference on the fan-based badge tracking sites until the Devs fix them with unique names.

In the latest patch the Devs included the following patch note:

• The Achievement badge for completing a Hero Morality Mission has been renamed "Gallant" from "Resolute" to correct a duplicate title with the Veteran badge "Resolute".

which was good news, but there was no mention of the other badge. It turns out that the villain name for the blueside Exploration badge "Justice Avenger" was "Socialite" which unfortunately conflicted with the Day Job Accolade of the same name.

Well for some unknown reason it turns out the Devs also fixed this other badge without mentioning it in the patch notes. The villain name for the Exploration badge in question was changed from "Socialite" to "Social Climber". I stumbled over it when I was having to readjust my /settitle binds for the new patch.

So in summary these badges changed from:

Explore badge Justice Avenger / Socialite (settitle 1517)
Achievement badge Resolute (settitle 1165)

to:

Explore badge Justice Avenger / Social Climber (settitle 1517)
Achievement badge Gallant (settitle 1165)

Which fixes both problems.
