Looking for a Demon/Storm build

If possible could someone post a build for this. I've searched but have yet to find an actual build. I've never played a Storm so I'm not sure what powers are worth taking or how they're slotted. Also, as an MM I've usually ventured away from taking attacks as I don't want to attract aggro so I'm not sure what attacks to take from the primary.

You need 3 Acc, 3 Dmg for the first tier pets, 2 Acc, 3 Dmg, and 1 End Redux min for 2nd and 3rd tier. End Redux in most storm powers and their corresponding debuffs. Recharge in Freezing Rain, Tornado, and Lightning Storm.

It's a very tight build, but I really felt that crack the whip for it's AoE attention grabbing and -res is worth the space. Remember in I19 your four Fitness powers will be inherent, so I am moving up Leadership much earlier in that respec.

I picked Mako's patron powers since they are resist based and because I haven't taken them before for flavor.

Thanks Psy, so do you skip a travel power because you have Ninja Run? If so, how is that compared to SS?

I'm almost done leveling up a Demon/Storm (lvl 48).

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of her is *gasp gasp gasp* as my blue bar plunges.

Let's say I didn't slot any endurance reductions and I place a Freezing Rain, summon a Lightning Storm and a Tornado and then heal a pet that took some damage. I would soon be getting one of those new Help tips that says "running out of endurance" and "toggles dropping" because I just spend 104 endurance.

Practically speaking, Tornado isn't used like that, but the point remains that even just FR + Crack Whip + LS (which is indeed how I start a fight) is almost 80 endurance. Even if I max out (to ED) end reduction, I'm still looking at losing half my blue bar every fight. Oh yeah, then there's the toggles, Snow Storm + Steamy Mist costs .65 end/sec (with no enh).

Hopefully that gets the point across. Storm is powerful but it ain't cheap. I suggest finding as many recovery and endurance bonuses as you can leveling up.

Also, try to frankenslot some end redux into Tier 2 and 3 pets. They're almost as end hungry as the MM.

By the way I never took a travel power either, because of Ninja Run.

I really rely on the mayhem temp powers. If my first raptor pack expires, I make my way to the Cap Au Diable ferry to Grandville and go see the raptor pack vendor at the feet of the statue of Lord Recluse. I will pick up a travel power when I respec for I19 most likely.

Ninja run is also quick enough in most situations.

I didn't take the Whip attacks on my Demons/Storm, so I rarely have endurance problems. This is where the majority of the end consumption comes from, and quite frankly, my Demons do enough damage that I don't really miss the attacks.

Here is my Demon/Storm build. I went for high defenses due to the fact that he is actually part of a Demon Summoning Trio. He will have a Demon/Dark and a Demon/FF traveling around with him in fights, and all of them shoot for high defense values in preference to everything else. I also went for Hover/Fly on these builds due to the fact that it makes travel to missions and in missions easier as a trio.

The reason I went with Soul Mastery instead of Mace Mastery (as you might expect, since I'm otherwise shooting for stacked defenses) is that I plan to have all 3 of my Masterminds not only defense capped when traveling together, but also they will be 3-stacking oppressive gloom in the end-game for the perma-boss Stun. Plus, Oppressive Gloom can stack with Thunder Clap's stun and Tornado's stun (not that I will be throwing around much Tornado). The triple Oppressive Gloom will also stack with Howling Twilight from the Demon/Dark I'll be teamed with.
