Having only 2 attacks till level 32 is going to be somewhat painful if you plan on doing lower level TFs/SFs and what not. In terms of defensive softcaps this will work. But this build seems sluggish for including a Glad Armor proc. By adding that proc you should have been able to squeeze more recharge in somewhere. Dunno why you put an end redux in active defense. Its a click mez prot not a toggle. Perosnally I would switch all the GoA to LoTG and add procs to up the recharge and can get + acc too from the 4 slot bonus. Also I would try to add an extra recharge redux into Hasten if slots permits.

Shield Charge is capped at 400% damage bonus because it is considered a pet attack. Lightning Rod's description says it is not affected by Fury. I have not played a Elec/SD brute, so I can not confirm this, but I tend to believe power descriptions. With both of those limitations, you will do better damage as Scrapper instead of a Brute for the increased base damage.

Gladiator's Armor is going to cost you several billion Inf. Do you really have that much to spend?

You should have at least two recharges in Active Defenses so you can keep it on all the time. It is your only status protection power. Some builds I have seen attempt to double-stack Active Defenses for the defense debuff resistance. Those builds usually include Grant Cover as well.

Phalanx Fighting does not need to be slotted. You can if you want set bonuses, but the enhancements only improve the defense gained by being in melee range of allies.

Ahhh crap ...thanks for the heads up on the end redux in a.d...I actually thought it was aao that's why it has an end in it..ill change that up thanks for that.

As far as the glad armor goes..I already have it..I wont be buying it and thought it would be a great apot for it.

I don't see it being too expensive compared to the original build due to the Glad Armor proc. Besides that, this build in terms has more recharge, more acc, more dmg+%, more HP, I'd have to say its pretty solid. The OP in his build had Chain Induction instead of Jacobs Ladder. I also prefer Chain Induction as a personal preference because it hits more mobs on average unless your very skilled with the point blank cone attack radius.

Mine is similar. It cost around 600 mil + 200 merits.
Major differences with mine:
- no superjump
- no jacobs ladder
- no grant cover
- only 1 LOTG7.5
- Chain induction: 3 perf shifter includes +end, 3 Sciro D, includes lethal dmg
- thunderstrike: 5 Sciro D, includes lethal dmg, Forcefeedback +rech
- One w the Shield
- Darkest Night

This is my main farmer up to +4 x8 depending on mob. It tanks well in ITF and RSF.

My 2nd build is for lowbie SFs and includes jacobs ladder, stealth and invis.
