Not bad. Believable concept for something to bring criminals together while being simple enough that anyone can come right in at any time without being overwhelmed. I dig it.
Unfortunately, bikers/outlaws just aren't the type of villain I can commit a character to. I'm more of a costumed villainy fan. But I give your VG a thumbs up.
