Yes, you can have your forum name changed, but you can't do it yourself anymore. You need to contact one of the forum reps with the name that you want it to be.

Think they are pretty fast at it but keep in mind they are 9-6 pacific time so they arn't in work for another hour yet.

pretty sure i read somewhere that they like to have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice when you want to change your forum name. Means if they can't do 1st they can use the 2nd and so on.
