I thought I'd post my build that I made for a DM/DA/Dark scrapper, It is semi ready for i19 (I'll add SJ and knock a slot out for some knockback protection). I loaded as much of the powers I have been looking for and tried to slot as much endurance aids as I could.

Main problem I see is the lack of accuracy on attacks when your CoF proc is not on (dunno if it gets perma or something on toggles). Also, only Mag 4 KB prot if you allocate a KB prot in CJ as you mentioned seems not enough for a scrapper. Obviously, being softcapped to S/L/Nrg/Neg is always a good thing but I think softcapping to S-L only should be enough for a DM/DA.

This is mine which works fine for me except that I need to keep an eye on blue insps most of the time, but hey, that's not new on my DA:

Id slot more heal in DR over damage/accuracy

I used them for the energy/negative def bonuses. Otherwise, I wouldn't have.
