As far as I can tell, this is primarily a badging event. And my experience with most (not all) badgers is that once they got their badges on that particular toon, they don't bother doing that event ever again. And from what I saw last time I ran this, we were at the point where we barely got 24 folks for this. Plus my crew was already getting burnt out on it because it gives next to nothing in rewards. I'm not gonna give a flat out no. But you're gonna have to do all the recruiting.
If somebody you're arguing with goes off the deep end, don't follow.
I got three teams today, but it was with the Stormer AV, so we couldnt beat him. I could recruit when needed is what I am saying.

We had a great run last night, dropped the Stormer on the first run. If you do this again, try this guide, I found it very useful.

Heck, we didn't respect all that much the actual strategy except as a general guideline. The Backup Radio, Envenomed Dagger, HVAS and Shivans were enough to carry us over.
...I never got a chance to use a second wave of those pets, and I think I used 3 daggers overall.
