eagles claw has a guarenteed 3 mag stun for 7.4 sec unenhanced
cobra strike only has a 75% chance for 3 mag stun for 3 sec, so even if they did get stunned you may have missed it because its 3 sec unenhanced + the fact that they prolly have resist to stuns
I considered that, but I went ahead and did a 1 v 1 with an SG mate to test it and he said he said nothing ever happened. EC still stunned multiple times during our little test.

This probaly is not what happened but sometimes people forget to plug in the computer before calling support.
Hey everyone, I play a MA scrapper in pvp, and recently respeced to pick up Cobra Strike due to the changes in GR/i18.
The damage increase is there, but the power is supposed to be a 75 % chance to stun. I have yet to see it stun. I was playing yesterday and Eagles Claw stunned 4 times while I was in RV and Cobra Strike didn't once.
Has anyone else had a problem with this? Am I misunderstanding something mechanically in the game? If anyone has any insight, actual knowledge, opinions or whatever, i would appreciate it.
