great I just read this but I sent my entries the contest rules said on th main page:

So...this will be announced and implemented fairly soon?

Are the new loadin screens going to be live with I19?

For those of you looking for something FREE, PhotoShop-like, and FAR more powerful than MSPaint, I highly recommend Paint.NET. It's open-source, and you can get it at http://www.getpaint.net. I use it all the time for photo editing and pixel-based graphcis editing. It requires the .NET Framework (version 3.5, I believe), and is Windows-based.
