Paypal not working?

You're having the same problem as everyone else paying with a credit card, debit card or anything through the NCSoft store.
There is a sticky thread at the top of this forum for this issue.
They need to fix things on their end. It's most likely, by far, not a problem with Paypal or anything on your end.
I have a bunch of accounts wich i pay through paypal, wanted to top up one, and suddenly i get this error:
There was a problem processing your request:
•The order did not pass risk management assessment
(i've probably paid over 400 euro already from this account, suddenly it doesnt pass?)
After this, each game or account i select, i keep getting:
There was a problem processing your request:
•An error occurred during PayPal payment.
Whatever i try now, it keep repeating the last error. Since there is no other way of paying a non-recurring sub, i'm pretty stuck here.
Additionaly, why do both my creditcards are on the 'Credit Cards on File', yet if i try to subscripe through creditcard, i have to fill in everything again?
(as it says: Check here to save credit card information on file for future purchases)
