Strange updater error

I've been getting this for the last few weeks:



Note that the updater connects fine and I can play the game fine with it. This same error also takes the place of the EULA on the next screen as well.

As I'm not in control of the HTML in question, I'm pretty sure I can't change the characters used for these pages. It looks like the updater/EULA pages are being directed at the "bad post" page of the forums.

At least yours says something. Sometimes I simply get garbled texted like loading up an picture in notepad. Hasn't done it recently.
