Do I have or can I get a free server transfer?

You missed out on the free transfers. The week GR came out they had them. I haven't heard of any upcoming ones.

Might I have any free server transfers or veteran badge free server transfers or anything like that? I'd like to transfer a character to another server but I don't want to pay $10 for it I think that's a waste of money and unreasonable (we don't have to get into it).
But are there any upcoming free transfer times or whatnot? Thanks for any help!
