It looks really nice, but I have no idea how much it costs :s Any rough estimate ?

Is there anything I can add to enhance it a bit more ? Like Purple sets or something ?

The -kb is on the Zephyr Set, I'm putting it to reach the 3rd bonus (+1.875 def AoE, +0.9 Fire/cold def).

I have another question about sets and IO enhancements...

What is the difference between, let's say, a lvl25 Obliteration (+Dam) and a lvl50 Obliteration (+Dam) ? (except the price, obviously ^^).

If I slot any lvl of enhancements, as long as the sets are right, i'll have the same bonuses ?

You'll have the same bonuses but the effectiveness of the enhancement will be much lower.

Now these aren't hard numbers, I'm just making this up:

Level 50 SuperMelee Acc/Dam: 30% Accuracy Buff, 30% Damage Buff
Level 25 SuperMelee Acc/Dam: 19% Accuracy Buff, 30% Damage Buff

(Again, just making stuff up to prove a point)

ETA: One with the Shield, IMO, needs to be sooner and better slotted in your build. Taking it at 49 and only putting a Health Enhancement in it is like ordering a cup of coffee and just putting a few grounds and a tablespoon of luke-warm water in it. Sure, it's sort of what you really want from a cup of coffee, but it's not the thing you're expecting.

Actually, I tried OWtS and while I find it nice, it's really situational...

Right now, I'm softcapped to all positions and when I really need to pop it (big packs of +3/+4) the only real benefit is the +recovery as the +RES can be compensated with inspirations.
Therefore, I'm thinking of respecing it out...

Now, I'm currently 41 with my tanker, I love it, but I found out recently that you can't use foot Stomp while hovering... So I need to grab Combat Jumping which changes my build again..

The only problem I have right now is endurance managment. I eat a lot of blues, and I'd like to ask you guys, what is a good recovery rate ?

Right now I have a 247% recovery, my final build will be arround 3,50 end/s while using 1.07 end.sec.

I don't know if it's enough and I'm thinking about taking physical perfection...

Anyway, thanks for all your advices.

I also have two Shield/* tankers (Mace and DM) and find that you will have to learn endurance management. My brother has a Shield/SS tanker and he runs out of end so quick. And he has both Stamina and PP. Trust me, Physical Perfections helps a lot, but with the end drops of Rage, Hasten, he still burn through endurance. He uses OwtS as an endurance regainer.

So all that just to say, that you will still have end issues with your tanker. Managing it is just one of the things you have to learn how to do unfortunately. But I do recommend picking up Physical Perfection and Conserve Power if you want to. Some may not do it because that's two powers, but it just depends on how important it is to you.

Also with regards to getting a set at level 25 or 50:

Benefits of 50: higher percentage boosts on your enhancements, easier to buy on the market.

Benefits of 25: Exemplaring. Let's say you have Obliteration on Shield Charge and you exemp down to level 23. You don't have access to Shield Charge anymore. You slotted level 50 Oblits in the power, so you gain no set bonuses either.

Now if you slotted level 25 Oblits, then you gain all the set bonuses to that power at level 23 including the defense bonus and the recharge bonuses, even if you don't have Shield Charge available.

Well Hover is one of your end hogs. Combat Jumping sucks up a pitiful .06 endurance per second AND provides a boost to all defense. Definitely go Combat Jumping.

And the big part of OWtS is the HP boost. Helps with heals, inspirations, regen buffs, etc.

Well the combo hover/fly is just a concept thing. I want to make a strong tank, but I want to create them according to the original idea of the character, this one is flying, so i'll end up taking fly anyway :s

For the recovery problems, I manage it the best I can. While in a group of 3 or more, I find it quite easy since I rely mostly on my AoE's, taunt, and some quick punches to keep aggro.

While soloing or in duo, it becomes quite difficult... I'm eating blues like candy.

Annyway, I'm gonna wait lvl50, start slotting here with +recovery enhancements and set bonuses and see how it goes. If it's still manageable, i'll keep it that way, if it's not confortable enough, i'll try a respec with PP to try it out.
