Form advice for leveling

Hiya folks,

I just started a PB today and got him to level 7, loving him so far. I am debating whether to go Human or Bi-form (Dwarf) for leveling. This char will almost exclusively solo with maybe some grouping here and there. Is Human form better for what I want or will having Dwarf form help out alot?

Thanks!

Actually Nova helps out a lot in the low levels. The blasts do good damage at great range so you can hover high above and pelt enemies. Nova also gets +tohit and +damage buffs. Before you can slot dwarf and its powers, all I see it being useful for on a pb is the heal, really.

Dwarf is also mez protection, and a good bit of resist. You can switch to it even while mezzed.

Well Dwarf form on a PB is never really gonna be your go to for damage. It plays much more like a traditional Tanker. What it's really good for prior to slotting the powers is the Resistance and, of course, mezz protection.
