It's a joke. Pretty much before I13 PvP was for the most part ignored. Castle and Positron became our new overlords when they implemented i13. Posi also did that when he posted what you have quoted in your sig.

i agree what your saying mac.. come to think about it the real reason that system annoyed me was the toggle drop.. because i played alot of melee toons.. but if it was placed back to the old system.. and we kept the toggle system of now.. then it would be way better than pre i13 and post i13... Thats how it was in CO and it was bearable.. however in co you could click on a button to help you break out of holds.. but thats too advance for these devs.
