So if I say put the Contagious Confusion proc in Synaptic Overload would it work or would the power be broken and only effect one target? Also even though it probably would have little effect would the Fortunata's Hypnosis chance to placate function or even be worht slotting in Static Field? |
2) Procs in Static Field either affect the target of the field, or the pseduopet itself, not directly you. What I mean to say is, that particular proc will placate the enemies form attacking the static field pseduopet, which they cant do anyway, so it would be a waste.
