Vigilante enough?

Can a scrapper turned Vigilante head to the Rogue Isles and do the Patron Arcs or do you have to be a full blown villain?

The way I read it, you have to do the Patron Arc FIRST, and then you have access to the powers.

So to answer your question, you have to be a full blown villain, do the arcs, then you could go back to hero to vigilante and still have access to the power sets.

Or rather, go Rogue, Hero, Vigilante and still have access to the powersets. (-:

Either way, there's no easy out. If Heroes want Patron sets, they'll have to fully switch to Villain at some point in order to unlock them.
