I have recently come back to the game after a few years off and am still trying to wrap my head around the changes that have been made to the game. I quit before the IO sets were on the scene, and now feel a little overwhelmed by all the choices.

In light of that, I've been trying to find a build for my ss/inv brute to get my SMASH on. This is what I've come up with. I would appreciate any feedback you guys can offer.

I would also stick a winter's gift slow resist in combat jumping. Helps out against enemies with psionic/ice attacks that slow your recharge.
