Reward Merits upon completion of Morality?

Do you get plain old Reward Merits upon completion of a Rogue Morality Mission arc?

I thought that you got some upon completion, saw it in Zombie Man's Going Rogue Beta notes, and I don't see it in the Release notes.

Just looking for clarification.

You get merits when you reinforce a morality so the first time a villain goes rogue or a hero goes vigilante you get nothing.

When you reinforce the rogue or vigilante you get 30 reward merits the first time and 60 reward merits each time after that.

When a hero or villain reinforces the first time they get 50 reward merits and they get 1 alignment merit on subsequent reinforcements.
