Day Job badges not awarding properly?

Sometimes they can act a little strange. After logging in and earning full credit for a dayjob badge, it might not actually award until you zone or relog again. If it is still not awarded to you, I'd /petition it.

As mentioned in other threads, some badges are faction-specific and though you can acquire 100% progress on them, they will not be awarded until you do a full conversion to the other side.

All of those badges are available to both sides though. The Vanguard base is still the vanguard base regardless of faction, the SG portal is still the SG portal, and logging out is still logging out. Even if the accolade was specific to a particular side, the player would have earned the badge appropriate for their side instead, and been granted the appropriate accolade. There shouldn't be a reason for the accolade to show 100% but not award, unless it was bugged.

I have also noticed this on some characters with neither Rapid Response Member nor Mercenary awarding even though showing 100% progress.

Badging character: Bimble on the Union server, Badgehunter.com and City Info Tracker.
I'm having exactly the same problem.
Three toons, all hero-side (one has run a couple of vigilante tips but then reinforced hero, one hasn't completed a morality mission at all). All three got the Patrol badge over the last week and all three got the 'Monitor Duty' badge over the last couple of days.
'Rapid Response Member' badge is showing 100% progress for all of them, but no badge yet for any. All have zoned and relogged multiple times since, over the course of regular play.
I guess I'll try /petition
Hah. I have this problem with Patroller and Monitor duty on several characters, and they're all heroes who haven't done any tips.
I /petitioned it, got a response that my ticket was escalated, then a canned response... my correspondence with the GMs has been generally polite and cheerful, but apparently I have to wait until they patch it to actually get my accolade. XP that annoys me, for I want my base teleporter on these guys!
Maybe I should post in that thread syrusb linked...
I also had this issue with the Rapid Response Member accolade, but thus far the only response to my petition was the same as others have gotten: a referral to the Black Scorpion post (which does not seem to pertain directly to this particular badge issue) and a "wait for the patch". Hopefully something shakes down quickly to get this resolved, though - I, too, would like my just rewards for loitering around the base portal for all that time

Noticed this on two characters today. On my lvl 50 main, he has the Vanguard Badge and the Criminal badge, his progress to the Accolade badge is 100% but it still unrewarded. On another character, he has the Patroller badge and the Monitor Duty badge, the progress shows 100% but he hasn't been rewarded the Accolade badge. Anyone else having this problem?
