Chill Mastery bugged. Any other of the new epic sets?

Not that I've heard, you can unlock Chill Mastery, but you have to use Flash Freeze as opposed to Ice Blast, at least, according to Mid's.
Aw man I was about to respec for this. Is hibernate ok?
According to Mid's, it unlocks fine. Ice Blast just doesn't count as Chill Mastery for some reason.
Also, Ice Blast occasionally crits just like a scrapper attack.

Chill Mastery – Fixed a bug which prevented you from taking additional powers in the set if you took Ice Blast as your first power.
Heat Mastery/Char - Corrected IO sets allowed. Now accepts Ranged Damage and Holds.

It's good they fixed the Ice Blast bug however while respeccing I have just found that Frozen Armor will not count towards unlocking Hibernate. Taking any 2 of the other 3 works fine.
Still getting crits on ice blast. Anyone else?

For what it's worth Fire Blast from the Heat Mastery pool also crits (I have Fireball, too, but haven't seen it crit). Sent a bug report on it a bit back, so presumably it'll get addressed at some point.
Temp invuln in Energy Mastery is showing that it takes Defense Sets but is a Resistance Power, and at the moment isn't accepting ANY sets. Still working towards the rest. Not much but a heads up just incase.
Chill Mastery powers don't seem to be unlocking correctly. Are any of the other new APP sets encountering this problem?
