Costume Pieces Help

I saw some one online the other day wearing a costume I've never seen before. I'll post the pic below. I was hoping someone could let me know how you get those pants and that top *(I know you can't get the boots).

They come from the Wedding Pack booster. They are the "Excess Plus" pieces.

What about the boots? I don't think I've seen pointed thigh-highs like that before.

The pic Bandaider used to describe what someone "in game" was wearing is a bit misleading.

Turns out that's a pic of a special NPC in a mission. While the costume top and bottom are available to players (via the Wedding Pack) the belt and boots are currently not available to players. I say "currently" because that belt and those boots are probably among the top suggested items that players want the Devs to give to us players to use. The Devs have hinted that they are looking at providing more costume items in future Booster Packs so the hope is that these things will become available to us in the future.

Ahh! She's the model in the Ouroboros mission isn't she? Ok. Too bad! I was hoping it was in one of the boosters I didn't have and was going to run and buy it.

The real irony is that even though she is a NPC in the game she's technically a fashion model in that mission. In other words she's supposedly showing off clothing intended for other people to wear. It's always been funny to me that the items she's wearing were literally meant to be available to other super-powered people (a.k.a. players) in Paragon City.

Heh, I didn't realize that irony until I thought about it myself while reading this thread. A fashion model with costume parts that Jay said we'd probably never get

There again, there's a lot of runway concept stuff that is never meant for retail. But still, those boots and loincloths would be pretty nice on a few player characters

Yeah in the "real world" the idea of wearing some of the stuff you see in fashion shows as -real- clothing is questionable. But we are talking about Paragon City here with people running around in comicbook styled costumes. As "impractical" as the model's clothing is it's pretty much par for the course in standard female superhero attire.
