Badge awarding bug (not alignment related)

Try zoning. There are issues at times with badges not awarding until the character zones.
If nothing else, it's worth a shot.
By the way, petition goes to the GM's not to QA or Tech Support. So no, you didn't bug it by filing a /petition. Only a /bug report goes to Tech Support and the QA team. Most of the GM's won't file it as a bug so that it goes to the correct department.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

of course i zoned 1st i even relogged that char before doing anything else.
I dont know how many times u used petition.
But if u open ingame Petition there a button for direct bug reporting, which sends the petition to a different department then an ordinary "stuck" petition as example. And that was the way to report bugs before the /bug command even started to work.....

Actually, the /bug command has been working since the original beta. Sometimes. Off and On. And when you type /petition and select the Bug option, it actually converts the /petition to a /bug as it is sent. But, I'll admit that it's mostly a matter of semantics in that instance. Some aren't aware that the two are different things going to different departments.
The only reason I suggested zoning first is that some aren't aware that some badges at times seem to need that. Even after all this time, I can't tell by Join Date on the forums how long someone has been active in the game. And sometimes long-time players don't know about simple solutions like that.

since the release of I 18 the accolade badge for the 2 day jobs (criminal/Monitor Duty) is not awarding on redside.
I noticed it on 2 villains both dont had done any Tips mission at the point i discovered it, means they was still true villains so its not really alignment related.
Both have the criminal and the monitor duty badge from dayjobs.
The Accolade bar is full and dont have a percentage at it, just the badge is not awarding.
I bugged it via petition, but the reply about the alignment bugs for badges didnt satisfy me cause my chars are villains and thats villains badges.....
