Power + Control bug in supergroup base

It's an old bug... I, uh, forget how to fix it, but try relogging. If that doesn't fix it, remove and replace a generator.
Someone with a better memory will likely chime in soon enough...

Yes, there is a longstanding bug regarding rent:
If the base has been inactive for a long-ish period of time (gone w/o rent being paid), then even after you've reactivated by paying your rent, the power & control will still not turn on.
You will need to petition to have it fixed.
USUALLY they fix it within a day.... but with GR still being new, it might take longer. Just keep up on the ticket.

Yep, sounds like your rent is unpaid. As mentioned.. if it's actually already paid up, send a /petition to try to get it sorted.
