How long has IO slotting on Force Mastery -> Force of Nature been bugged?

is that one of the new Villain AT APP sets? I noticed that char in the Mastermind heat mastery woudn't take Hold IO sets like the other versions of Char.

castle already knows about this.
It's supposed to be a +Resist click that lasts 2 minutes, however it will not accept Resist IOs, and its description says that it will accept Knockback and Targeted AoE Damage IO sets. My guess is something got transcribed over from Repulsion Bomb, or the other similar power in the set.
