Help with KM/Regen

Hello all please review and critique this KM/Regen build I've put together. Its my first regen character, so I'm not quite sure I did it all right. I'm a fan of +haste, but it doesn't seem like its easy to stack with these powers.

I don't like spending crazy amounts of money, and my main focus is PVE and leveling.

Several places don't have very efficient slotting choices--you've put too much or little of a set in, or you've enhanced the wrong portion of the power.

Set Issues: If you put in 5 Gaussians or Makos, you should go ahead and put in the 6th for the defense bonus in the 6th slots. Almost no one puts a 5th LotG in a power, since that slot is a crummy bonus, and you've already usually ED-capped the defense with 4 high level LotGs.

Enhancement Issues: Reconstruction, MoG and Hasten should get max recharge (95%). MoG doesn't need any defense enhancing, unless you're just looking for a place to mule set bonuses.

Neither Instant Healing or Resilience deserve so many slots. Heal enhancement doesn't give much bang for buck on IH, and Resilience is a terrible power except for the purposes of slotting a Steadfast res/def (which you should do).

Thanks for the tips . Does this look better? Also, any suggestions on getting more +rech in there from other sets? Those LOTG's are pricy, but I can't seem to find anything else to fit in there, outside of purples. When not slotting Hasten, I went for +regen or +hp, just to help the set out even more .

If anything, I'd suggest dropping out of boxing/tough/weave and dipping into a patron pool. You can access Mu now, which would get you a little ranged blast and an aoe blast off two power picks. You can then slot each for 6.25% recharge bonus with a Deci & Posi. With as little mitigation as those pool sets offer a scrapper, I figure more dmg makes for more dead guys that aren't hitting you anymore. And, another 12.5% global recharge gets all your healy goodies up that much faster.

Also, if you finish out a Doctored Wounds in your heal, you can drop the Crushing Impact in your Quick Strike, then slot it out with Hamis/Procs. If you want more recharge, it'll accept that Force Feedback +rech proc. The numbers on it don't end up being huge, but more is more. For more dmg, it'll take the Explosive Strike proc. I hope to get mine to slot two Hami acc/dams, ToD proc, Mako proc, Explosive & Force procs.
