you either need to run that mission to get more tips from killing enemies, or the one you have left is the morality mission

You acquire tip missions through fighting random enemies that are level 20+. So just go out and street sweep for a bit, you'll get more tip missions soon enough.

You can hold 5-Public Fame OR a max of 3 Tips, whichever is less.

I usually just go streetsweep the biggest boss I can find. When I take out a +2 or +3 boss I seem to get a new Tip like 90% of the time. Supposedly the actual chance is better with bosses than say with minions.
Obviously that's just my experience with it, but the point is getting new Tips is relatively easy.

Someone in the game told me that I have to keep doing my regular mishes until a tip appears. Is that true? I was under the impression that I can do 5 mishes one night and 5 in a row at another time. This person also said that it took him 3 days to get a morality mish.
Right now, at the moment, in my "public fame" section, I see one flashing slot filled. There are 4 more empty slots.
Yeah, just run radio/paper missions for a while and you should eventually get more tip drops.

Tips randomly drop from any lvl 20+ enemy you defeat.

Whenever I get a Tip dry spell I just go to Dark Astoria and blast zombies until the drought ends. Blasting zombies never gets old.
