You need Power (not much) a Combo Power/Control unit in an Oversight Center should work.

you need to ensure you have control too.

I have what is necessary for this item, place it in the appropriate place, exit editor and.....
it just turns out to be a huge useless decoration...(unable to access, use, etc)
