But just like the widow power Mind Link, it does take defense and to-hit buff, which have recharge in them. Infact the to-hit buff recipes have pure recharge IOs. So you could get a couple recharge there.
Membranes are also a good idea since they affect rech, def, and +to hit.

So the recharge can be reduced then... cool.

On the psi mastery set for doms I just need to know if link minds doesn't take recharge IOs, I've done the research and it all says no, so I need game proof now.... anyone know?
