only one set. PPP or APP. And just one set from whichever you go for.
However if you're going to do the arc for the PPPs, you can do Black Scorpion's and take Mako's set if you want. Doesn't have to be the matching patron.
Should be noted that you can have APPs on one build and PPPs on a second build, though you can't mix-and-match on one build.

Considering that we now can instant access to APPs at level 41, it seems a bit absurd to have to complete missions to gain access to PPPs. When I have to do the PPP missions, I just set the difficulty sliders all the down (-1/1) and superspeed through everything I can.

Is it possible for my DM/FA brute to take a melt armor from the pyre APP set and then take some Dark Powers from Soul Mastery PPP?
Or are you limited to just PPPs or APP but not both?
