No more fullscreen Login/loading screens ??

Actually, there was never any patch note or message from the Devs about this. It just happened. And since the new splash screens were not stretched or fitted for wide screens, we just assumed this is working as intended.
I presume the reason is that with some wide screens being really wide, it was stretching the image too much.

hmmmmm - looked ok on my 24' widescreen (and 46" LCD widescreen)
Oh well. Im sure i'll eventually get use to it

I thought this was awesome, the slightly-off aspect ratios were bugging me.
Anyone know why the log in screen and loading screens are no longer fullscreen ??
