One of my heroes took a tip mission today to save someone from Malta (IIRC). This guy was holed up in a Longbow base and I had to go help them out (Hero) or go finish him off myself (Vigilante). Given that this is one of my more Heroic (yes, deserving a capital H) characters, I chose the Hero option.
When I entered the mission, it was a Crey lab and I had been given explosives to set up. It was obviously the wrong mission. I figured "hey, I'm here anyway...." and did the mission. Turns out I was blowing up the place and probably killing some innocents. Gave me points toward going vigilante.
I should have just abandoned it, but I didn't really think about it. Now I feel like my character has been violated in a way, doiing something that she would never, ever do.
Anyone else getting these bugs? This is the second time it has happened to me that the tip and intro text do not match the actual mission.
