Willpower/Super Strength IO Build--Feedback Please

Heyas all,

First--thanks a ton to those of you that have given me some feedback on the secondary for this Willpower tank. It's much appreciated.

Second--here's the build I'm looking at. I stopped playing about 1 month after IOs came out; here I am again. The IOs below are what I think will work o.k. My main goals with this character is to build a tank capable of taking a lot of damage but without the issues that stone faces. I've got a Stone/Fire tanker to play with if I want to swap back to Stone for Granite and all it brings.

Specifically, if you have any IO feed back, I'd love to hear it. I know the sets I've picked will be spendy; I figure I've got a lot of time to earn that influence. I'm mostly looking for glaring mistakes--places I've included a stupid enhancement or left out an obvious one. I'd love to find a way to cap Smashing/Lethal damage resistance, but I don't see that happening with Willpower. The regen of the set will be my friend, obviously.

Also, I'm strongly considering dropping Hasten (not really needed, anyway) and picking up Salt Crystals for aggro. It's a very likely change.

If you could post the data chunk that would help alot.

For upping your overall defense, what I can see so far is...

use kin combats instead of makos
use reactive armor (4 of them) for eng & s/l def
use 3 numina for +regen & +HP
use perf shifters for +HP
you can slot out taunt for some nice bonuses as well.

If you're not limited by concept, I would be grabbing Fireball. mmm...

I have Numina's slotted in RttC as is. Did you mean to add more? I don't see a spot that I CAN add more in this build.

Also, I'm curious as to why you'd say to use Kin Combats over Makos and Reactive Armor over Aegis. I'm obviously missing something. Call it a new to IOs failing.

Fireball is obviously something to consider...hum...I could easily drop Punch and Hasten in a later build and change a few things...

Is it worth taking the 3 common IOs out of stamina and replacing them with 3 performance shifters worth? Do you end up with more total recovery? Hoping some former/current number crunchers can help.
