War Mace / SR (WM/SR) - soft cap

Colossal

Here's my LIVE WM/SR build. I just rebuilt him a bit to fit in the Superior Conditioning from the ported scrapper APPs and it seems to have done the trick on endo usage.

Ideally I would put 5 hecatombs in Pulverize ... slotted the crushing impacts for now while I kit out a claws/SR brute. Probably will have enough left over to put the hecatombs here though. The 6th slot is going to be a dmg proc, probably the taunt chance-for-psi dmg.

I like the chaining AOEs between Whirling Mace, Crowd Control, and Shatter ... with big groups around, Shatter definitely hits 2-3 targets constantly.

The other cool thing about this build is reaching the soft-cap w/o having to take Weave or slot the PVP IO

The sound of crickets proves this is a combo nobody but me plays

the nice thing is, they really did buff WM and the rularuu hammer is really cool

I also have a WM/SR brute in the works right now, you're definitely the only other person I've seen rolling another one around.

Anyways, the biggest thing for survivability on a SR brute after soft capping your positionals is +HP then +Regen due to the nature of SR's scaling resistances. You have good +HP bonuses (over 2000 with accolades is usually a great number) but if there is any tweak in your build I'd suggest trying to slot in some more +Regen. I think you could sacrifice some of your +Recharge for the +Regen because WM is a heavier feeling set, so it has slower animations, making the extra recharge go to waste essentially.

But besides that one thing the build looks great and it's nice to see some more WM and SR being played red side!

Mine is level 30 and boatloads of fun. Don't have a build planned for her yet, I'm just having fun crushing skulls into the pavement.

They ALL float down here. When you're down here with us, you'll float too!

Yeah just unleashing jawbreaker, clobber, and shatter on a boss while having high fury never seems to get old

Edit: Also quick question for all you fellow skull crushers, how do you plan on slotting crowd control? I can't decide if I should go with a full Obliteration set or 5 Scirroco's with the FF recharge proc. You're thoughts?

I needed the 6 slots in Oblit (I think) for the melee def bonus, so I could softcap w/o weave.
