Energy/Ninjutsu Build, Advice/Criticism?
This is my current build, see if it gives you any ideas.
BTW, I use Ninja Run as a travel power, I would prefer Super Jump but I couldn't squeeze it in. Blinding Powder, Caltrops and Smoke Flash are great powers for controlling your agro (a lot of people don't care for Smoke Flash but I find it useful), you should have at least one, preferably two of them, it will greatly increase your survivability.
Now for the bad news, your 3 heavy hitter attacks (AS, ET, and TF) take so long to animate that you will find that you won't be landing any significant attacks while teaming except against EB's and above. While you are still winding up the team has already killed the whole spawn. Be prepared to solo a lot, but you will be well suited to it.

Pediatric brain tumors are the #1 cause of cancer related deaths in children.
I'm dropping Dark Blast for Blinding Powder. I don't really need a ranged attack with Blackwand, and it wasn't slotted for anything, anyways.
On the subject of attack chains, It looks like, right now, I'll be using
Energy Punch->Bone Smasher->Barrage->Boxing
as my basic chain, with Total Focus and Energy Transfer thrown in as they pop (Which is roughly every twelve seconds.)
...Which, by my calculations, is around 85 damage per second.
So, that's not that bad, from a burst set with some heavy-hitters to add in the orange, is it?
So, Going Rogue's in the air, and I've decided to take a (no pun intended) stab at playing a Stalker. Traditionally, this hasn't gone well, but I think that the right combination of concept, orange numbers, and OMG GR!!1!! might be just the ticket.
So, below is the build I've got so far. I'm not using purples, or anything grossly expensive. I like to build builds that I could feasibly have in-game for a couple hundred million and some patience.
Notes: This is a PvE build. I know some powers might be in weird places, but I wasn't sure what things were really priorities, and what could wait a few levels.
Also, I'm not terribly concerned with Barrage being in the 20's. I've got a metric ****-ton of Vet powers, and I might as well use 'em.
