In-game music and sounds, played out of game

I recently upgraded my VERY OLD cell phone to a new model, which can play various sound files as ringtones (including MP3 files). I was thinking it would be great if there were a way I could use some of the in-game music and sounds as ringtones and "events" (like incoming texts) on my phone.

Is there a way to do this, or is it against the EULA? (I should also say that I would be willing to pay a small fee for use of the music / sounds as ringtones and such, if it's possible.)
