At any rate the answer is that, yes it would reset the rogue meter. Also the first villain morality you do gets you 50 regular merits, the second (and later) gets the hero/villain merit.

I haven't bought Going Rogue yet, but the box is in the mail and slated to come next week. I've been filling up the tips meter for some of my villains to have them go rogue and it stops at 10/10, not giving me the next mission as expected.
If I also got the villain meter to 10/10, then did the villain morality mission first for the villain merit when I get GR, would it reset the rogue meter to 0/10?
EDIT: Just read a loading screen tip that said that as soon as you're not a villain or hero anymore, you lose all hero/villain merits so this question is pretty irrelevant now.
