Doof-n-Puss, definitely.
It has everything I want in a show: mad scientist, a platypus, and my dream that I thought I would never see: a computerized ricshaw.

Phineas and Ferb is far more educational.
(I still flick back at 9:30 for Yo Gabba Gabba though for the 8 bit graphics and mid-90s flashbacks it induces)

Yeah, when I have kids, it's going to be Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood and Eureka's Castle, plus OLD episodes of Sesame Street. Then Bill Nye and Beakman's World when they're older.
